THE green shoots of spring have appeared at The Meadowlands Hotel Tralee after details of an exciting, major transformation project were unveiled ahead of the 2015 summer season.
The General Manager of The Meadowlands Hotel, Siobhán Ní Mhathúna, said: “In the 17 years since my parents, Paddy and Peigí, took ownership of the Meadowlands Hotel we have built a strong reputation for providing a quality product for guests, corporate clients, wedding couples and party-goers to enjoy. We are now ready to invest even more time and money into renovating key areas of the hotel with a view to enhancing our reputation as one of Tralee’s top 4 star destinations.”
It will be business as usual for locals and visitors to the 4 star family-run hotel while work is carried out in the bedrooms, An Pota Stóir Restaurant, the famous Johnny Frank’s Bar and spacious Reception area.
Located just a short stroll from Tralee Town Centre, The Meadowlands is a convenient base for visitors who plan to explore Kerry and on a prime route for travelling the Wild Atlantic Way.
The Meadowlands Hotel offers luxury and affordable accommodation choices, fine dining in An Pota Stóir Restaurant, bar food and entertainment in Johnny Franks’s Bar. A choice of meeting and conference rooms are perfect for weddings, conferences, meetings, parties and special occasions with complimentary WIFI throughout the hotel and ample complimentary parking on the hotel grounds.
Work to completely transform the Meadowlands Hotel has been underway for a number of weeks with the first stage of accommodation renovations almost complete. It is expected that the entire project will be finished in time for The Meadowlands Hotel’s 17th birthday on Friday 12th June.
A new logo and customer-friendly website for The Meadowlands Hotel will also be rolled-out as a major aspect of the overall transformation programme.
