Roses celebrate unveiling of newly refurbished Meadowlands Hotel Tralee

THIS year’s Roses released 364 balloons into the sky over Meadowlands Hotel Tralee to celebrate the hotel’s long association with the Rose of Tralee International Festival since 2005.

The Meadowlands Hotel, which has undergone a major transformation throughout, hosted the annual Traditional Irish Party Night for the Roses and their families in the newly refurbished Johnny Frank’s Bar.

The General Manager, Siobhan Ni Mhathuna, said: “With the successful development of the Wild Atlantic Way, we saw the importance of investing time and money into renovating key areas, improving services and rebranding the hotel to enhance the hotel’s reputation as a Premier Gaeltacht Hotel in Kerry with a stylish new image.  At the Meadowlands Hotel, we want our guests to stay and dine in style!”

Coming out of recession times, Meadowlands Hotel wanted to create a fresh new look by using brighter colours and lighting with a splash of colour.

The contemporary and stylish design compliments the traditional and cosy atmosphere which has been maintained throughout the hotel.

Siobhán expressed her gratitude to hotel customers & guests for their patience during the renovations and to the design and building team and staff for their hard work and inspiration.

The Ó Mathúna Family are looking forward to a new era at Meadowlands Hotel and welcome new and returning guests, weddings, special occasions & parties.
