Tralee, with a population of 24,000 people, is the capital town of County Kerry, world renowned as the home of the Rose of Tralee Festival and at the centre of Ireland’s most important tourism county.
Tralee Chamber Alliance has worked successfully with Kerry County Council to build a positive reputation, not only for the town, but also the Alliance as the recognised leading business community organisation in Tralee.
In the five years that Tralee Chamber Alliance has been in existence we believe we have made massive strides forward for Tralee. We have worked together with all the various sectors within the town, all of whom have representation on the board, and with the local authority with great success.
Tralee was awarded the title of Ireland’s Best Large Tourism Town in 2015 and has successfully retained Gold Medal Status in the Tidy Towns Competition. In November 2017, Tralee received the prestigious Purple Flag for having a safe night-time economy.
